Code of Conduct

Houston RIMS is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and safe atmosphere for all participants and service providers during our events. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone present, we ask that all attendees adhere to this Code of Conduct:

Professionalism and Respect: All attendees, service providers, and venue personnel must interact with one another with respect and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or any type of aggressive behavior—be it verbal, physical, or sexual—will not be tolerated. Excessive intoxication and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Any violations may result in immediate removal from the event and possible exclusion from future Houston RIMS activities.
